Delvont Jones is a jazz pianist and guitarist and Jazz Vocalist from Texas and resides in the SanFrancisco Bay Area in California. He produces relaxing easy listening jazz music.His inspiration comes from Miles Davis,Thelonious Monk,McCoyTyner,Wayne Shorter and Gregory Porter. He has an artistic background and earned a Fine Arts Degree. He served as a combat artist during the Viet Nam war. He is a self taught musician and plays all instruments on his albums. Delvont uses the same motivation creating music as when painting.He creates music as soon as ideas evolve, creating on the spot, using synthesizers, guitar and piano sounds He is a prolific producer, who has created 27 albums. He has created jazz music for over thirty years and has a large catalog of his original jazz music. He is releasing his latetist album, Like You Like Me,a vocal cut,Be Up, and three more in the near future.
